Christmas Vacation 2015

This Christmas we got to have grandparents and an uncle come. Oh, how I miss them!!

We started our vacation by going to one of our new favorite parks.

Then we took Uncle Adam to another favorite park. Seth LOVES uncle Adam. He wanted his uncle to hold him almost as much as he wanted me to hold him. So cute.

James - or Ha-mes as Uncle Adao calls him - also loves his uncle.

We took the fam to a place called Wild Florida for an airboat ride. We have a friend that works there and it was fun to see alligators and other animals. The airboat ride was definitely fun though. I wanted to ditch looking for wildlife and just go fast a furious :) Good thing I wasn't driving.

This is his new thing...stick his tongue out for every picture.

Saying "arghhh," for Grandpa. My dad has an eye condition that is helped by wearing a patch. We had fun with the whole pirate theme as well :)

Free ice cream after the air boat ride. This little boy was in heaven with his chocolate sprinkles.

Then we made our way to Universal Studios. Harry Potter world was pretty cool. Turns out everyone was right though, Universal is not the place for pregnant ladies or little kids. It was fun though.

James enjoying butterbeer.

His new 'smile.'

Getting on the the platform of 9 3/4.

"Mom, take a picture of my silly face."

"Now I'll smile normal." This kid kept running to the most random places and saying, "take a picture." He wouldn't move until we took the picture either.

He was soo happy to get out of the stroller and ran straight for the water.

He stuck his head down to see the drain.

He loved the water too.

Then we found Suessland. Oh my. This was a hard little place to keep track of two kids...but once they found the water...

I think he found his happy place.

There was no pulling them away. Good thing I brought extra clothes for both of them. They laid down in the water and were completely soaked. It was my favorite part of the day...watching them throw all caution to the wind and just play.

After I got them in dry clothes we went to eat. He slept through all of dinner. It was delicious Mexican food too.

He had an accident while he was sleeping so he got to wear the extra extra pair of shorts I brought and my jacket because I had nothing else for him. Too cute.

We didn't quite close the park. We left 20 min. before closing, but oh boy were we all ready to go home. Everyone's feet hurt and we slept in the next day...well most of us slept in. The kids of course didn't :)

James found the best seat in the house.

New jammies for Christmas eve.

Of course he had to put on his cape and batman mask. He now has me tie the cape and he goes to his workshop to put on his mask. Currently the 'workshop' is the pantry :)

I don't have pictures of Christmas day but we went to Cocoa beach! It was a beautiful day.

The day after Christmas we went to the other side of Florida to Clearwater beach. Everyone else had the same idea, so it took us far too long to get there, but the sunset made it all better.

On the bus touring the Deseret ranch. There's an alligator up on the bank.

Grandpa sitting in the hammock one last time before he flew home to negative temp. Oh family!!! Thanks so much for coming to see me. My favorite part was watching my kids get adored by people who love them just as much as I do. James definitely misses wrestling with grandpa.
